Paypal Service Interruption

Firstly, we want to express our appreciation to our valued customers for their patience regarding the recent disruption with PayPal as a payment method on our website.

On 3 April 2024, we received an email notification from PayPal informing us that our account features have been deactivated. The email did not provide any specific reasons for this action, only mentioning a possible trademark, copyright, publicity right or privacy infringement related to an unidentified sale. PKNIC was not provided any further information regarding the alleged violation, nor were we afforded any opportunity to address or rectify the issue prior to the ban.

This unforeseen action by PayPal has adversely impacted our business operations. We are committed to offering our customers a seamless experience, a commitment that PayPal has been an integral part of since 2005.

We are aware of similar instances where PayPal has abruptly terminated services to other domain service providers without stating the reasons behind their actions. We request an explanation for our ban and the chance to swiftly resolve any concerns to reinstate PayPal as a payment method for our valued customers.

In the interim, we recommend utilizing alternative payment methods outlined here (hyperlink: https://pknic.net.pk/how-to-pay.html) for any transactions on our platform while we diligently work to address this matter.

We will keep our customers informed with updates on this situation as soon as we receive any further information.
